At Levina, we want you to feel completely confident and satisfied with your choices. Below is a detailed description of our shipping terms and returns policy, in compliance with European remote sales legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Greek law N. 2251/1994.
1. Shipping Policy
- Free & Discreet Shipping: All our orders are shipped **completely free of charge**. Understanding the sensitive nature and need for privacy, all shipments are carried out in **fully discreet packaging**, without external logos or markings that betray the package contents.
- Delivery Methods & Times: Orders are shipped via partner recognized courier services. Delivery Times: Greece: 1-3 business days. Rest of Europe and international destinations: 3-7 business days.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within **14 calendar days** from the day you received the product, without being required to state the reasons, provided that hygiene rules are respected (see paragraph 3).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email at info@levina.gr before the expiration of the 14-day period.
3. Exceptions & Return Conditions (Hygiene Rules)
Due to the sensitive nature of Levina medical silicone breast prostheses as personal hygiene items, the right of withdrawal and return **does not apply** if the protective packaging, film, or security seal of the product has been opened or unsealed after delivery.
Returns are accepted exclusively if the product is in its original sealed condition, has not been tried or worn, and is accompanied by its original packaging and the proof of purchase.
Return Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are borne entirely by the buyer, unless the product is defective or a wrong product was sent due to our error.
4. Refund Procedure
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that the security seal is intact, we will refund the value of the product within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g. refund to your card). If the purchase was made via bank deposit, the refund will be completed via bank transfer (IBAN) that you provide.
5. Defective Products or Wrong Shipments
In case you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, is defective, or does not correspond to what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@levina.gr, sending descriptive photos of the product and its packaging.
- If the defect or error is confirmed, we will immediately arrange for its replacement or proceed with a full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
