2. Information & Products Provided
Levina is committed to the accuracy of the information displayed in the online store regarding product features. However, due to the unique nature of our 3D printed medical silicone breast prostheses and advanced materials, there may be slight differences in shades or textures compared to the photos. The company is not liable for typographical errors in prices or features due to technical factors.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, software, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital files, is the intellectual property of Levina and is protected under Greek and European copyright laws.
Any copying, reproduction, republishing, sale, or commercial exploitation of our designs, software, or products without the prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
4. Purchase Process & Orders
To complete an order, the user selects the products, fills in the required shipping details (Name, Address, Phone, Email), and accepts these Terms of Use. After registration, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation email.
Product prices include statutory VAT (e.g. 24%). Levina reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment Methods
Orders can be paid using the following methods:
- Credit / Debit Card via the secure environment of Viva Wallet or another partner payment provider.
- Direct Bank Transfer.
- Via telephone or email agreement (special custom orders).
All card payments are processed through encrypted gateway systems of partner providers. Levina does not collect or store your card information.
6. Shipping & Delivery of Products
Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with established courier and logistics companies. Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping destination.
Ownership of the product is transferred to the customer upon full payment, while the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the package from the carrier.
7. User Responsibility
The user/customer agrees not to use the online store to publish or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or malicious content, as well as to introduce viruses or software that could harm the operation of the website.
8. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Greek and European Law. For any dispute arising from the use of the website or transactions through it, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
Furthermore, in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, the possibility of electronic dispute resolution is provided via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
