Due to the sensitive nature of Levina medical silicone prostheses as personal hygiene items, the right of withdrawal and return **does not apply** if the protective packaging, film, or security seal has been opened after delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days only if the product is in its original sealed condition.

Cleaning is very simple. Wash the prosthesis daily with lukewarm water and a mild, neutral soap. Gently pat dry with a soft towel and let it dry naturally. Avoid using alcohol, harsh cleaners, solvents, or direct exposure to intense heat (such as hair dryers or radiators).
